Yesterday, we went to the zoo together with Qiuyan aunty , Xuan & Qi jie jie. We meet them at Causeway point shopping centre at 11am. We are supposed to take bus from Woodlands interchange but after waiting for awhile, we realized that there was no bus service to the zoo on sat. The only bus available is is Chua Chu Kang. So we wend up taking a cab at the mall to the zoo.

It was indeed a very hot weather, we were all perspiring & thirsty. We walk around looking at the animals...actually I don't really fancy watching the small animals but when come to bigger animals, I am more interested spending a longer time looking at them. At about 1pm, I started to look tired & mum put me on the pram to rest, hoping that I could fall asleep. However after pushing me around the zoo for more than an hour, I was still awake. So mum brought me to the Rainforest kidsworld where there is a wet play for children. When we reach that place, I was very excited & eager to go to the wet area. Mum quickly change me & let me get into the wet play area for a dip in the cool water. it was really nice & cooling to get wet in this hot weather. I took the slide on my own a few times but i just simply love to stand at one corner, guarding & watching the water spraying out from the status.

I nearly get lost twice. There was once when i get out of the pool & went looking for mum & dad on my own, and luckily spot me & quickly went after me. When I saw mum, I nearly cry out & hold on to mummy's hand. The second time was when I went up the slide on my own, where mum & dad could not find me, it was latter that dad found me fighting with another kids at the slide...
I spend about 2 hours at the wet area. After that mum bath me & brought me to the KFC next to the pool. I had cheesy fries & ice tea for my late lunch. We meet Aunty Qiuyan at the KFC cos they came here much later so we left earlier than them.
We pass by a gift shop & so we went in to take a look. When we were about to leave the shop, I suddenly hold back daddy & drag him back to the shop, pointing at one of the car that I had spotted. Dad took a look at it & below is the conservation that took place.
Dad: Ryan, this toy not suitable for you.
Ryan: Keep pointing at the toys on the rack & mumbling away....
Mum: Daddy, there are some $3.50 cars over at that side, go there & see first...
Dad: This match box brand is not bad, alot of nice design too....this orange one look nice....
Ryan still looking around for his cars...
Mum: Ryan come here...Look at these red cars, which one you want?( Mum took 2 red cars from the rack)
Ryan: Looking at all the cars that dad & mum had chosen, took 2 cars from mum & put on the another shelve to view at the cars carefully...
Mum: Ryan , have you decide which car to take...
Ryan: look at mum blur blur...
Mum: Ok you may take the cars...
Ryan : Grab the cars & ran to the cashier counter, put both cars on the table.
Dad: Ryan, you can only pick 1 car....
Ryan: Look at both cars, could not decide which to take....
Sales: Can which one you one?
Mum: Daddy just buy 2 for him lah...
Dad: Ok lah...take these 2 cars...( dad paid for the cars & told sales not to put in paper bag.)
Ryan: Quickly grab cars & ran about... place car on another shelve at look at the cars...not sure if can take the cars back or not.
Mum: Ryan...why u put the cars on the shelves, dad already paid for them. (mum took the cars went go)
When we were out of the shop, I demand dad to open up the boxes & let me play with it. After opening the boxes, dad threw the empty boxes into the dustbin....I saw that and cried immediately.... dad got no choice but to dig out the cars boxes from the bin & put them in a plastic bag....
Then I was stop crying & walk away happily with my 2 new red cars....
We continue our walking around the zoo till 530pm and decide to take a bus to Chua Chu Kang... however we did not notice the bus no when we went up the bus...which we ended up at Ang Mo Kio instead. We had our dinner at Ang Mo kio & shop there for awhile. After that we took MRT back..it was a very long journey back....& I was very naughty making alot of noise inside the train.
Daddy was sad that his camera was spoilt and very few pictures were taken at the zoo...Dad thought it might be due to the hot weather & thus resulted in some parts of the camera fused out.
Tonight, mum brought me to Wai Po's house with a cake to celebrate Wai Po's birthday, supposed to be tomorrow. We meet Ah yi there at 8pm to cut the cake. I love birthday celebration as I get to sing along, blow candles & to eat cakes...yummy....this si my favouite blueberry cheesecake...
